Online Team Training Schedule

Looking for a quick team workout online?  We got you covered!  Friday and Saturdays are the time for both Strength Training and Stretch.   Affordable and welcoming, come join your team!

Stretch Session

Our 30 minutes of gentle stretching class - all you need is a mat and small space.  This team training is designed to  help you stretch out sore and stiff muscles from the week.

Fridays 11:30 am  EST

Saturdays 9:30 am  EST

Resistance Session

30 minute strength training session for everyone!  Minimal space and equipment needed.  Each movement can be modified.  Come join us in this welcoming and inclusive space.
