Trainer Jax
My name is Jacqueline Myers and I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years with experience training both in the gym and online. My goal is to help my clients reach their fitness goals using strategies that are effective, safe and accessible. My biggest thrill is seeing that my clients not only have a sense of accomplishment, but that they enjoy the journey and build the habits to make exercise and good nutrition a part of their daily lives.
My Story
I've had a life long commitment to physical fitness and in 2014 I was fortunate enough to turn my passion into a career as a personal trainer. I had a chance to work with some amazing clients and see their health and fitness improve working towards their goals. In 2020, like many of us, my career had to switch gears and I decided to go out on my own and start Trainer Jax Fitness, an online personal training service.
The journey has been amazing and now 4 years in, I can say this is the best job I've ever had. I love watching my clients grow and find their inner athlete in an environment that is welcoming, accessible and fun.
