Trainer Jax Fitness offers online personal training from the comfort of your own home.  We  provide a variety of classes to suit both your needs and budget, including one on one, partner and team training.

About Me

My name is Jacqueline Myers (aka Trainer Jax) and I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 10 years with experience training both in the gym and online.

I fully believe fitness is for everyone and everyone is an athlete.   

 

My goal is to help my clients reach their fitness goals using strategies that are effective, safe and accessible.   My biggest thrill is seeing that my clients not only have a sense of accomplishment, but that they enjoy the journey  and build the habits to make exercise and good nutrition a part of their daily lives.

Folding Yoga Mat

One on One

1 hour personal workouts using customized fitness plans to get you to your goals.

Starting from $60/Hour

Yoga Class

Partner Training

Workouts for 2 individuals at the same time.

Starting from $45/Hour (per person)

Team Training

30 minute workouts for a group from 3 - 6 people.

$8 per Session
